3. Return shipping costs
At Bella Holly, we do not cover return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to a shipping error or manufacturing defects in the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds and processing time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email if your refund request has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@bellaholly.com with clear photos of the product and a description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve the situation and ensure you have a positive experience.
